Seems like they know the system isn't great and that this is essentially just sticking a plaster on it. I think it looks pretty good that they can acknowledge and joke about their own shortcomings.

Makes me feel more like they're trying to brush it under the rug. By putting it out there that they know and putting it out there through a joke they always have that excuse of, "Yes, we acknowledged it, but no you can't take our acknowledgement seriously, we were just joking."

Why can't we just be up front with each other? It leaves no risk for miscommunication and regardless of whether the answer makes everyone happy or not, most people will be somewhat understanding if everything is explained thoroughly along with the answer given. People appreciate honest and upfront communication, and regardless of what you think of the forums, I think the rest of the playerbase is extremely understanding.
