I think it's interesting ours acts as storage... But I would definitely prefer a comprehensive list. If the storage stores crafting supplies I'd probably sing a different tune though.

Like personally a comprehensive archive akin to WoW or GW2, and then a crafting pool like
GW2 lol would be pretty neat.

I'm always amused that people think the team is malicious or lazy. The idea that a competent glamour system might not be worth the time to the point that continuously bandaiding is the preferable solution is inconceivable...

Look, I will complain about things, but the only time I will call foul on the Yoshida and his workers is when I believe the goals they are seeking are negative in of themselves. But the fact they are working on the glamour chest shows they believe glamour to be important on some level.

The big thing related to this is that I do believe the team needs to hire more people, but that is a long term solution - it slows things down in the short term. Actually, how big *is* their server team? I know we like to meme on the job design team, but the server team might actually be more important.

Where was I? Oh yes. Stop crying wolf. At least, in regards to them being supervillains or whatever.

People see it because they actively seek it out. A lot of people just don't bother to sit and think before posting and instead just attribute it because that is ultimately what they want. I'm genuinely of the belief that some people just want to be negative more than anything.

To answer the topic everyone know that this is not a long term solution at all, however anyone would understand that this is far more easier for them to do that than doing an overhaul of the glamour dresser/system. They came up with the solution they thought was the less demanding in term of ressources while knowing it won't last much.

Yoshi P have to set priorities and glamour dresser obviously isn't high on the list. Which is fine for me when i see what's coming up in 2 monthes.

Instead of taking time to fix it since it's been implemented 4 and a half years ago, they keep putting bandaids on it. IMHO they can't fix it, probably mostly due to engine limitations, and this is the best they can do.

If that's the case, fine, but be honest about it. It's called Expectation Management and it's an important tool in a Leader's kit.

Straight example from the healer discussions instead of just getting to the point of why monotony in button pressing makes a job less fun and is arguably unhealthy for jobs in general people just rather blame the casuals for being dumb, the hardcore for being elitist, the devs for being out of touch, etc etc. People really just out to be angry like the op here.

You must have never actually read those ‘discussions’ yourself. And if so, I don’t blame you for it either. There are plenty of points presented for years in the healer sub-forum and look what’s devs reactions?

”We really don’t know what to do with healers.” (paraphrasing)

And yet they claimed they read the forum feedback. How much more dismissive & ignorant they can get now? Do this enough times, and this is what we get: a crowd of jaded healers.
