First of all sorry for the delay in responding. My daughter wanted to do some stuff and I got super sidetracked.

And I understand what you mean. And it is undoubtedly a combination of both. But i don't think that its as small slice of the community as people would like to believe. But it feels like the community is changing. It's not like LoL or WoW-esque community problems but something different. Like we are splintering. Not unlike the high point of the Gilgamesh vs Balmung conflict.
