Hildibrand for relic? Really?

This whole thread boils down to: It's ok if you don't like this content or Hildebrand. Plenty of people disliked Bozja and Eureka as well. They can't make everyone happy all the time. Personally I'm excited to see what Eorzea's greatest blacksmith and goldsmith will bring.

Exactly. If you dont like Eureka you either have to force yourself through hours of boring grinding to get a weapon or leave the whole relic of a expansion behind.

With this relic we only know that you have do to the quests. Nothing more is known. Maybe its finally a relic step again, where you can do the normal content with your relic instead of being forced into a instance. If that is the case then simply skip the story quests and enjoy the rest.

Many people enjoyed Eureka and Bozja. The latter was cut short artificially despite being planned to be meatier - so I don't think that qualifies as 'fair'. Especially not when more and more of the game is increasingly steeped in inoffensive, wacky humour.

It's a matter of balance and I hope they can manage to maintain it.

Bozja was okaish received here on the forum but Eureka? That made the forum burn. So yes people enjoyed it, people also hated it.

Now for this relic we only know that you need to have done the Hildibrand questline once.

Its just the required step to start it. We dont know if it will be funny or who will even be in it. Maybe it has Hildibrand in it or maybe it does not. Could just be that its something to connect us to the questgiver which could be Godbert himself.
