Is that really what most healers are asking for, a couple extra DPS buttons? Does that mean that Sage is perfect as a healer, since there are, um, 4 DPS buttons instead of 2?
You mean Toxicon, which is a DPS loss or DPS neutral if using the stacks given at the start/fishing in disconnects? Or Pneuma, which is a heal that does the same amount of damage as Dosis? Yeah you've solved it, just make buttons you don't want to press but they do the same thing as your 1 button spam! SGE does not have a different DPS rotation than any of the other healers, and it's arguably the least complex in what it has to do for its DPS optimization.
When someone, such as yourself, calls out a healer's DPS action as a "DPS loss", I certainly reply to that nonsensical drivel.
For your information, Toxicon doesn't become a DPS "loss" during an AoE, by my calculation, until you reach 15 enemy targets. So, yea, your DPS "loss" was drivel.
Toxicon: 300 for first and 150 for others: 14 * 150 + 300 = 2400 potency.
Dyskrasia: 160 for each: 15 * 160 = 2400 potency.
Plus, Toxicon has a 25 yalm range, while Dyskrasia has a 0 yalm range.

The word 'single target' does not appear anywhere in your post. The full discussion on this thread was not limited to Savage encounters in the first place. Your reply was specifically to my "4 buttons", which had nothing to do with encounter difficulty. Context is everything.
You were trying to "own me" by spouting drivel without context. Be clearer in your written thoughts and then, perhaps, I'll believe you meant what you didn't actually say.
AoE situations are irrelevant outside of Dungeons for the most part and don't break away from the monotony of spamming 1 button for the majority of content. Not when it’s a net loss vs the alternatives in your kit.
This is why the seemingly small Lily potency change for WHM was such a big deal and a positive step forward
