Gladiator lvl 80 challenge

Well, they would if they were actually interested in some sort of challenge. In reality all class only does is lower the skill ceiling.

For challenge u can go grind something, or go pvp, savages, solo stuff and etc.
This one is more about "curiosity", just to check out how it even works.
I play conjurer in Normals, coz I like how it works: mana management, gear tweaks (piety), additional assist macros for targeting and stuff, food buffs and potions, focusing more on other players locations and movings and etc.
Most healers dont even use Rescue when they can, some healers misuse half of their skills, some of them dont even borther about gear melds and food buffs, but nobody complains about that, guess why? Coz its Casual content (Normal Duty Finder), where people are just having fun or getting used to game.

What are you curious about? That people can get carried in casual content. Congrats you've found that out. Why are you intentionally holding your group back? Because that's the big difference here: intent. Someone being bad at their job is just that that, bad at their job. Hopefully they'll put in the effort to become better. You're putting in effort to be worse.

Its a game, and I am having fun in it without violating the Tos, since I can keep up with my healer task, and even outperform "average" healer.
I just explained my point of view in Normal Duty finder tryhard gameplay as conjurer:
Full Healing Jobs in normal duties are way to easy (for me!) and put (me!) to sleep everytime, so I am trying something more funny (for me!) with conjurer gameplay.

Spamming Cure 1,2, Medica and Stone 2 and Aero 2 which is the best a CNJ has is not keeping up with the task especially in EW group content.

You are extremely behind on healing and damage potency to a point that you're diminishing the groups potential in a very big way , and not only that you're actively making your own satisfaction of a seriously inferior class compared to its job counterpart more important than the efficiency and the time it takes for the groups you join to complete the task.

I'm not here to defend people bad at their job, obviously they should try to improve. But people intentionally playing bad, which is what unequipping your job stone is, is worse. Intent matters, do you think I am any more favorable to WHMs that only cure bot, or freestyle SAMs? Come on now, dont be delusional.

I think it is perfectly fine to try something new and different like this. However, it should probably be done only with Squadrons/Trusts or with a close group of friends who are willing to humor you, and not with random people in the DF. All you'll manage to do is drag them down and cause unnecessary tension.
