I did almost the same: new character, new datacenter, only conjurer.
Aaaaaand.. You cant progress in MSQ on some point at level 80.

but its not hard to bypass anyway, since u can level up second job from level 70 or just buy MSQ skip

Indeed , any MSQ Dungeon after you do Haukke Manor should require a job role and not the base class DoW/DoM , in fact they could absolutely ensure nobody can can grief with classes in group conditions by making it so that classes do not earn experience beyond level 30 so that in order to continue earning exp you must do the job quest .

In addition they could make it that once you do the first job quest granting you the job , the stone isn't an equipped item any more and instead it becomes a trait/passive so that you can no longer grief by taking it off or use "oopsie i forgot to put it back on" excuses.
