Gladiator lvl 80 challenge

CNJ's don't even get Holy, so they're completely useless in an AoE setting. Their only Regen spell is also Medica II.

If this were ARR days, then CNJ could be low tier DPS Job since they'd be able to use Raging Strikes, Internal Release (Crit buff), Blizzard II for AoE and Thunder (before it was removed) for single target. Now it's just... useless. Anyone playing CNJ in content above level 50 (I'm being generous. Ideally they should stop being CNJ at level 30) are dead weight and should be removed from the party the moment 5 minutes have passed.

I do it only when I feel fully competent, same goes for OP (gladiator). In level 85(86) duty (dungeon) I even asked my friend Tank to assists me in run, coz it was first time for me in that Duty. Or otherwise I just switch to GNB.

Every one talk about pre-mades, like its some common thing u can see everyday, I was not able to find any premades for daily runs.
But in other hand, if u want ur duties be super smooth 24/7 with tank tanking from wall to wall, healer dps, and other dps do top tier damage and avoid every mechanics, why you not running ur casual duties in pre-made only youself?

If you felt 'fully competent', why would you not use WHM to take full advantage of your 'competency'?

You don't have an FC or friends that could humour you?

The vast majority of runs ARE smooth, especially talking about dungeon runs. In my experience, it is rare to get someone who is completely incompetent. However, just because it does happen doesn't mean you should add to that metric. I also do frequently bring friends along to runs, just because we enjoy playing together and if we happen to have a full party, we do dick around, but we aren't harming anyone else's experience when doing so.

However, you still have not answered my question on whether it would be acceptable for a DPS to also only have their class and no job.

if we can/able to complete duty (no bosses DPS checks that we cant pass), sure why not, its a Normal duty, no big deal there.
Its even better than tank complaining about me doing pulls for him, coz I am playing full job (like SCH) and cant sit tight with small pulls with my adhd.

I did this on Archer once. Sort. I was Leveling Bard but forgot add stone on switch. Went into Crystal tower. Everyone pointed it out. I just laugh it off and said I forgot. I do like Archer rotation. lol
