If an FC says no for any reason it is time to leave it. If leaderships are the only ones to have access to the workshop and garden then I need to be leadership.

I don't always agree with OP but this is true. I also have my own FC because I had bad experiences with "real" ones.
However, I don't think everyone should make a solo FC if they want a house, that screams bad housing system.
