The devs could do so much with housing, if only they gave a damn. But I think, instead, we will soon see some more PvP stuff instead, as Yoshi seems to like doing that.

I don't think everyone should make a solo FC if they want a house, that screams bad housing system.

Which is why they should start making solo FCs when that's the best way to get a house.

It doesn't and won't. We've had people making shell FCs for years now to buy housing (hence why some wards are owned by one singular FC) and instead of completely fixing it, they just made it harder for people to do it. All they're doing is putting bandaids on the problem while some people (speaking of someone I'm aware of on Primal) are purchasing multiple homes for themselves already since the lottery was put into effect with how far in advance they planned. Same problem still exists with no actual solution in sight.

We've had people making shell FCs for years now to buy housing (hence why some wards are owned by one singular FC) and instead of completely fixing it, they just made it harder for people to do it. That's not true. Had a friend able to bid on 5 during one lottery cycle for the express purpose of having better odds of getting a house. Also why shell FCs are even a discussion.

It is true. You can only PURCHASE 1 personal and 1 FC. I didn't say bid. Once you have a personal and a FC house on a world you get a message saying you have the limit already. Wife tried to bid on a FC house on an alt for our alts guild and wouldn't let her last cycle due to having 1 of each already. She already won one for our main guild the first round. Plus she has a personal. You can bid on as many as you want, until you actually purchase 1 of each.

Still doesn't explain/cover how the person I mentioned from Primal has multiple FC houses. Personals I understand, FCs have loopholes. You can still be promoted up in an FC after a month by previous lead to own said home and have multiple that way.

Im the leader of our main FC, and she was still locked because she won it.
