To the people who say use apartments in the meantime, I say no! I do not want to.

Bit childish. And it makes me think that housing isn't as important to you, as much as the brag factor of a house.

It is a waste for me to get an apartment or an fc room only to not be able to store/use half the stuff that still bogs down my retainers and saddle bag.

Really, at level 90, the 500,000 for an apartment is nothing to obtain. The apartment too, as a stopgap housing while you wait on a house, will allow you to put out items in your retainers, and once you have that house, remains with you as a storage room for 130 indoor housing items. That's almost a retainers worth of indoor housing stuff you can store on it forever.
