At this point its just laziness and entitlement from people who dont want to settle into new servers.

I'm sorry but no.

One of the draws of the game is to be playing with your friends.

Another draw is being able to purchase a house for personal use.

There is zero good reason that SE is forcing players to have to choose between the two when most other MMOs with housing do not have this problem.
