What players have been requesting is more houses on their worlds that lack sufficient houses, not houses on new worlds where there are few players.

No one should have to get cut off from their social circles to get access to content, nor lose access to content to get access to their social circles.

That's not creating a good game experience.

At this point its just laziness and entitlement from people who dont want to settle into new servers. The game is setup up that with every server there are also the same kind of
accompying housing server with a certain amount of supply. And as long as crossworld Linkshells and Groups and Cross DC travelling in a few weeks exist its no excuse for the
social access (friends, partner whatever) if people started on old settled servers instead of newer ones.

It still baffles me that people who newly started the game didnt invest 5 Min to check how the servers are working and are populated. I mean we have one of the transparent Devs
sitting at FF14 and people arent able to read a few posts via the Lodestone. Heck you can even create a Fake FC on the new Server and bidding on plots and then move the old FC
over to the new server. There are so many options which FF is offering in regards of this its mindblowing that people doesnt want to use/play it. Instead its torches and pitchforks.

Guess that are the same dumbheads who are bidding on FC Plots instead of a Private ones or vica verse even if they are getting 2 ingame notes "if they are really sure about the bid".
Well we're gonna read the same newly opened BS about Shell, Multiowners, Lottery, Taxes, Grandfathering every day instead of using the designated Housing Threads so atleast the
entertaining part of the Forum is safe ;P

One of the draws of the game is to be playing with your friends.

Another draw is being able to purchase a house for personal use.

There is zero good reason that SE is forcing players to have to choose between the two when most other MMOs with housing do not have this problem.

The system as it stands is what we work with today while we keep pushing SE to look at what people want then do it.

And like in all of life there are sometimes choices.

There are three (maybe imperfect) choices people can make while we keep pushing SE get their bum into gear

* Stay with their friends and make sure they have an apartment then keep bidding for the least popular smalls in every round.
* Move to the new servers and be close on guaranteed a home, but possibly start a new life with new friends.
* Keep a leg in both servers, friends and social circle on main, and house in another on an alt. A little more work, but this gives all options at the moment.

And maybe a fourth choice I think, which we are seeing a lot, they keep having tantrums about it without being positive and productive.

We gotta keep pushing SE to deal with this wart. Too many people are unhappy. Far more unhappy people, by any forum-noticable-measure, than we ever saw with placard clicking.

Crossworld Travel, Crossworld Linkshells, Crossworld Groups. Doesnt hinder you to play with friends. Funny isnt it.

When new Servers are added and people are still complaining with the given "but play with mah friends" excuses
then its pure laziness to not use those tools given by FF.
