It's still too early for me to judge tbh, would rather wait for the fully release.

That being said, the combat director Ryota Suzuki was also involved in Devil May Cry 5 and Dragon's Dogma, so I can almost guarantee combat will have a lot more depth than some would think.

Please don't compare Dragon's Dogma combat with DMC5. Both are completely different, and I like DD combat system (If it includes attacking monsters from their weak spots, climbing their back and the stuff like this)
