Not for bosses though. There is no legit scenario in a pug where anyone should be just running ahead of the tank and pulling the bosses before they’re in the arena. Maybe in a static, but even in those you at least wait till everyone’s physically present before engaging.

In an 8 man, the lock doesn't open until everyone's in.
In a dungeon, how slow are you that you can't catch up to a boss room?
and you have tomahawk at 15.
