    R30 I think is a good cap for Toto-rak, so it gives you some room to actually gain levels in there and feel like you're getting stronger and progress from the easier to tougher bosses, without leaving you too overpowered. I've done that 3rd tier boss in a party of r30's and cleared it with about 6 min remaining, and it was tough but not a complete gamble, perfect for skilled players. Of course this might be different when we lose physical levels, depending on how much our stats are affected.

    From what we've heard our stats will be altered in a good and beneficial way.

    This however could result in your cutting that 6 minutes remaining over to 12 minutes remaining.

    Well what I mean is, most of us were R30 but Phys 50, which throws the balance out of whack cause all that extra HP/MP makes a difference. I was figuring that the stats would be around what someone R30 Phys 30 would be.

    Still, having some breathing room on the time limit isn't necessarily a bad thing and I still stand by my point of being able to gain some levels in it and feel like you're getting stronger =P

    Oh no from what I heard each stat point will be much more effective now, so don't be surprised if a r30 Gladiator after 1.19 has more health than what a r30 lvl50 Gladiator is currently capable of.

    But yeah, my LS leader was all like "WTF?" when my rank 15 PUG had almost the same amount of health as one of our r30 mellees, because I'd spent time levelling crafting and thus increasing my physical level which increased my stats, where as he'd concentrated entirely on just that one singular class, so had the rank without the physical level, so lacked stats to truly BE that rank.

    At the moment, being lots of different things benefits a character waaaay more than specifically catering to a single class, when 1.19 comes out, that problem goes away.

    Sorry for the necro-bump, but did SE implement this lowering of party requirements for Toto-Rak and Dzemael?

    Also, for those that have tried Toto-Rak since, are the boss encounters altered at all? Can 2 L50's duo the bosses?

    You can enter Toto-Rak with 2 and I can solo everything on a 50.

    I think Dzemael is 4 man requirement.

    Actually as a 50 I could solo as a class.

    Pretty much this, only frustrating thing was gathering three other ppl to help ya get in. It got a lot better when it was changed to 2-4 for the entry requirement
