Can we get an andro-/gyno-phobia mode added?

I’m almost certain there’s a mod that removes everyone’s character so… you have options!

Although it's a solution, there's one thing I just don't understand. Why play an MMO where interaction with people is not just inevitable, but optimal for gameplay, when you have something that prevents player-to-player interaction?
