They should add CLL and Dal to queues like DR is, maybe eventually allow people to queue up for the Duels too if the zones are dead.

DR is its own instance though. They're not going to go back and change those battlefields any further. People can still use party finder and discord to put groups together to run either.

BA is done pretty much with Discord and is still pretty popular judging by pings I get daily. I suspect the best way to get this done if you're looking for a clear is to join a discord for your region and I suspect they have daily if not multiple runs of CCL every day. When i get my leveling under control with all my me's I'll probably start to look into it. I wouldn't mind seeing note drops nerfed but I suspect that's not going to happen.

In my DC people in the BA discord does not actively host CLL but most of time when people do ask for help from folks in that discord, it’s usually a guaranteed clear. Undermanned or not.

You can sort of skip using essences if you grind Zadnor for max buffs

TBH CLL sometimes was an issue for ppl before Endwalker as well. However IMO it wasn't CLL itself being a progression blocker at that time. It was the other players in the instance because of it being populated almost entirely by people that refused to do it because "it's not the best exp per hour" or people waiting around specifically for the fates that activate duels.
