Assuming the Something you refer to is the 600 weapon. This is via upgrading my 590 item, which requires a Radiant Roborant, which requires four Asphodelos Mythos III, which you get in Asphodelos: The Third Circle (Savage)

The stat gain I'd get from it is so minor it isn't worth the trouble..

Asphodelos isn't level 80; They were referring to the pod mount which just requires the level 80 Alliance raids, not savage.

Um. The pod mount is from MGP, you can just buy it for 300k MGP at the Gold Saucer. Is every single person in this thread including the OP confusing the mount for the minion, which drops from the first Nier alliance raid?

With false information like a significant amount of the posts in this thread I'm not surprised the OP is as confused as he is about the game.

You need to have cleared the raids before you're allowed to buy it, same as the also-MGP Ivalice hairstyles.
