I know if can be hard to imagine for players used to other MMOs like WoW but there really is more to the game than just grinding out ilvl.
Like having fun with friends made along the way.

Agreed Alanis.
Because grinding gear is content. I don't do Savage, but try to get the best gear that I can because that's...well, that's what MMOs are all about.

Collecting glamour (relic etc), collecting mounts, try doing savage, leveling other classes the list goes on and on
no lol take a break. everyone takes a break from the game once in a while.I've finally collected enough tomestones and nuts to get all my gear up to ilevel 600 (except weapon).
Now I feel like there's nothing left to do. I have enough gil, so gathering and crafting have no purpose. I was collecting MGP for the pod mount, only to discover that I also need to do savage content to get it, but there's no way I'm going to manage any savage runs, so is there any other reason to log in?
Why grind out gear if you have no intention of doing harder content? Seems odd to me, but I guess your option now is to just take a break from the game.I've finally collected enough tomestones and nuts to get all my gear up to ilevel 600 (except weapon).

It really depends on what you consider your endgame to be. I notice that ninja is your only 90. Your next highest combat job is Monk at level 35, and most of your other classes are untouched. Endgame varies from person to person, but I'm trying to level all my jobs to 90, and I'm doing relic grinds from previous expansions. If you haven't explored Bozja, I recommend giving it a try. In addition to being fun content in general, it's also a great way to level alts. I know that I'll eventually exhaust my options, and at that point I'll be happy to put this game aside for awhile and delve into other games that haven't received much attention. It's OK to take a break and come back for future content releases.

All jobs maxed?I've finally collected enough tomestones and nuts to get all my gear up to ilevel 600 (except weapon).

All relics completed?
All gathering logs completed?
Savage raids all done?
Ultimates cleared?
BiS Gatherer/Crafter Gear with Pentamelds?
Maxed Eureka gear +2 elemental gear?
Maxed Bozja/Zadnor buffs?
Theres lots to do outside of the 'world of warcraft ilvl is all that matters' mentality.
