If they actually wanted things resolved, they would post in an already existing thread and make it's post count high enough that the community reps take notice, and pass it along to the higher ups since it is a million times easier to find information in the one singular thread than it is when spread across 20+ threads.
You also notice that alot of these types of threads, OP makes ONE Post and then disappears.
Doesn't even contribute to the discussion of their own thread.
Plus, some of these threads are technical issues....why are they being posted in General, when they should go to the Technical Section?
There are many different sections for these types of discussions or reports...but they all seem to come here to General.
