No, not necessarily. Please try reading what I wrote before responding.

I read it and you're wrong. Fire is a waste of time. Ice and fire do the exact same damage and the dot is nowhere near as beneficial as the stun. If fire attacks actually did more damage I'd agree, but it doesn't.
