Is the new housing notice saying you can keep your money and get the house?

Nah it seems that if you're a winner if the 0 bug plot you're considered it regardless of whether you kept your bid in or withdrew it.

They will however add in an NPC in 6.2 to which players that got they house for free can voluntarily pay the money. But that's just it - scout honor thing.

"Let me just throw those 50 mil gil at a vendor, for absolutely nothing at all, nothing in return, so I pay for the house I got for free"

Who is supposed to do this ?
