Yeah. I thought I'd get a dang break from them with my "new advanture". But it's literally the same as my old adventure. I can't even make new friends, apparently.I don't hate the Scions but they've definitely overstayed their time in the limelight. I was actually refreshed at the idea that we might not have to deal with all of them only for most of them to comeback for the next expansion.
Also, I know that we just had two heavy, existential expansions but some of these "funny" fanservice moments with the Scions felt cheap. :B
I actually love Lyse who is probably the most hated character in the main cast by far so I think my tastes are out of the norm but;
I personally can't stand Estinien and him joining the scions made me sigh and I think G'raha Tia is boring as hell in Endwalker and I would have liked him better if he died in Shadowbringers.
I liked Lyse as a travelling companion but her character growth through out SB did not warrant becoming both the commander of the Ala Mhigan Resistance and the political figure head of the nation.I actually love Lyse who is probably the most hated character in the main cast by far so I think my tastes are out of the norm but;

(Not to mention the "twist" of her replacing Yda for no real plot reason...)
Prior to EW, Minfilia would have been my #1 answer by a long shot. She's not only a completely useless character (the Echo was totally wasted on her aside from making her a Hydaelyn minion), typical damsel in distress, but every character acts like she's the best thing since sliced bread and they'd be nothing without her despite Tataru taking over and doing a better job! She's another one the game does not allow you to dislike and believe me, I have tried. :P Even the "..." responses to anything involving Minfilia elicit a positive response.
I loved Thancred before he found out Minfilia died, but unfortunately they chose to tie his character to one of the worst in the game to the point that, who is Thancred when he's not pining for Minfilia? The ShB arc was also creepy, I felt so bad for Ryne. I can only hope Minfilia stays gone this time and the writers are able to develop a character for him outside of her.
Venat and Yshtola.... tbh I don't really like anyone. The antagonists are more interesting. I legit don't care about my friends (except maybe Uri at this point. He alright).
Minfilia annoyed me more than anything. I can't forget her daft behavior when Yda/Lyse and Papalymo force-closed the gate in the Royal Promenade to buy some time for the WoL and other Scions to escape. Emphasis 'buy some time'... I know she was probably distressed by the situation but standing in the same spot for as long as she did really didn't do anything to help matters!Prior to EW, Minfilia would have been my #1 answer by a long shot. Meteion. Because we deserved much better than we got from Endwalker.
he hasn't been mentioned

Good call.
Most annoying is that he never really seemed to actually learn anything. There were various events which should've really made him rethink his behavior - and I guess he did reflect on them, even eventually taking responsibility for his poor decision when he ordered a solider to shoot the Maid at Falcon's Nest, but otherwise he seems to return to being unfocused and obnoxious.
And to be honest, the fact that the idiot ran off in the Sea of Clouds, prompting a really boring and longwinded trip across the map, did nothing to endear us to him in the first place!
