Yes, actually, I've agreed with and proposed solutions for a mix of both.

Open-world PVE content forces the losers to waste time and walk away with nothing.
What none of you open-world-only people have ever managed to agree on or even give me an answer is if you would be satisfied with the same content, same monsters, and same gear also being available in an instance in addition to open world.
