Honestly this is getting to be ridiculous. No word for about 5 days now. And further they pushed the claim date to this Friday but no word on pushing that back yet again. I understand that they are trying to get it fixed, but yknow that part about working on it during "Business days"? Yeah my sub doesnt' differentiate between what's a business day, M-f, and the weekends. They better update it tonight in a few hours when JP usually updates or I know even more people who are gonna be upset over this.
