LOL "I planned this for months" you can plan anything you want it has no connection to you winning the lottery. The lottery is luck based . you couldve planned it 5 years ago but you couldve still lost ... LMAO its a lottery its luck based ... i feel like you dont know what lottery even means ? you literally did nothing except bid on the placard .. thats it and wait to get lucky.. its not like you had to earn the plot. its a bid and its a lottery get over yourself lol theres no "effort " or "skill" involved i getting lucky

i think theres a lot of words that you dont understand or im speaking to someone who doesnt speak the language natively. Lottery = luck , again you could have 1 Trillion Gil it does NOT gurantee you will win a house . You could have cleared everything in the game day 1 first hour for 10 years in a row again it does NOT mean you will win a plot. What you do has nothing to do with you winning the house except luck.

on top of that your assumptions based on that quote I cleared ultimate and savage raids , i own a fc house and a personal house . You tried hard but you failed every possible direction on whatever you were saying

I use to live in NA and never could get a house like you say even if I had a trillion gil, but I moved to OCE why? Because I knew getting a house in a new server would give me better chances. I transferred with 35 million from NA and grew it to 67 million here in OCE when the lottery started I studied all the plots and didn't put an entry with many I picked one with no entries, a mansion, and waited. The day of the lottery results I lost to a zero. When it is fixed I will decorate a mansion because my chances here on OCE is 100% winner .... Like the guy says it takes planning, observing, and calculating winning situations. I won
