6.11 changes

I main BLM in PvP feels so good. I personally thought they were decent as is but these buffs are *Chef kiss!*
I use BLM as Ice Mage so I mainly CC so my team can go in for the kill, but now it's nice to be able to kill too
since a lot of the times people just stand there or they're stunned for 15 years by WAR/WHM.

That said, happy to see WHM nerfs. Gotta see how it fairs more later in rank.

From what i can tell people consider black mage bottom tier alongside gunbreaker and etc since they're middling on damage with like no mobility or health, I'm glad the new changes help since they really should be high damage due to being like- the big damage selfish dps caster LOL, update us once you get into ranked
