It's long overdue they put airship and subs at Grand Company like Squadrons. Too many people want access to this and can't because they are FC only and for the most part controlled by the leaderships.

I agree with you leadership controls the subs so I created my own FC to have that access. Id rather people make their own Fc's to get the access than to water it down as the Op suggests and everyone and their grand ma having a air ship. Not everyone can fly planes and subs that's why you have to have a college degree and on the job training.

It would remove the motivations for those abusing FC ownership simply by owning whole wards to make gil using these perks. I don't agree they should keep them exclusive to those with FC's and everyone should have access. The reasons behind the exclusivity are pretty transparent it's because people with access can make a lot of gil and they obviously prefer to keep it limited.

This is really nothing more than a sophisticated venture program limited to a select few and should shop.
