Worst housing system in history

I'd like to know the actual percent I doubt it's 95 percent of the player base. That's not to say they don't need to fix it at this point because there are way too many who want one and can't get one.

i highly doubt its less than 98% im not sure but im not going to be surprised if its around 90-98% of playerbase who are excluded from the housing
