Thing is OP is doing the same thing they are against, they make something they see as a problem bigger than it might be. Sure there might be new players hating on mentors but are they really that many? Is it not only anecdotal evidence?

At the end of the day both sides here just put out their personal experiences and are just exactly the same.

Only thing that is universally true and a fact is that SE doesn't care about removing the bad eggs on either side.
