(Then again it's Frontline. Expecting everybody to know what to do is a dream come true)

At best I could only see a 'fix' where they'd apply a damage fall off, IF they even really need that. There are other jobs that requires more tuning than SCH. WHM and WAR are the most glaring ones, but this is frontline we're talking about. Funny imbalances seems like their trademark. /shrug

EDIT: Okay... so let's say they actually prevent Bio stacking. So that actively discourages multiple SCHs stacking. But what about other jobs stacking? Why would you let them off the hook?
No other job's DoT does enough damage on a 15s CD (while also having the ability to buff and heal their own team without interrupting that DoT) to kill an entire alliance. You cannot just walk away from the damage, it goes through guard, it can't be purified, and the range it can be applied from keeps the SCH at a safe distance while the AoE from Deploy Tactics makes it so it hits just about everyone. Unless the SCH is basically griefing, they're going to get rank 5 as well.



While I get that it's frontline, this is particularly egregious. Again, imagine MCH LB on every alliance member every tick from a DoT that lasts for 15s.
