I don't doubt that the art team has gotten bigger, but the dungeons, raids, trials, and such have all gotten more detailed. Just look at the new alliance raid - it's so beautiful & there's so much work that went into the design. Ultimately, they need to work on content first & foremost, so stuff like new weapons for old trials just doesn't seem like a worthy use of limited resources.
Here’s the thing though. We went from samurai and rdm getting 50/60/70 level primal weapons, then we get to shb with dancer and gun breaker getting ZERO. I can understand seeing a decrease, but to go from all of them to then getting none, that doesn’t add up. Especially when you consider sam and rdm got unique ultimate models whereas dancer got fucking Shire as theirs.
