    Watch SE flip things so Wards 1-18 are personal and 19-24 are FC on May 17th so all those making last minute shell FCs have almost nothing to choose from.

    I'm not sure why they just didn't do FC's only for rounds 1 and then open all the wards to everyone for round 2. It would have only been a few days and not something like what they did on Spriggan and Twintania where is was a few months. This would have given FC's more than a chance to get a house for their members.

    It was FC only/relocations only for a time followed by a switch over to free-for-all. Been so long I can't remember when it was though. That's the sad state of housing. I can't even remember when they added plots last. lol
