What Housing Wards Do You Want Next?

When I said Ishgard I meant the Western Highlands and not the city proper so here's my list in order of preference:


1.- Cohertas Western Highlands


2.- The Sea of Clouds


3.- The Rak'tika Greatwood


Those are the most beautiful areas in the game, for me at least.

Crystarium, Old Sharlayan, Ala Mhigo, Doma, Thavnair, Eulmore, Mor Dohna, Idyllshire, or anywhere else. Where do you want a ward?

I know I included a type of city that has never had houses before, but I don't think it would be off the table since the other cities we have in the first place don't even have grand companies. Where do you want housing? What is the aesthetic that you desire for a ward. Lets let the devs know so that they can keep this going. We still need more housing.

Don't think doma "deserves" a housing since we already have shirogane and mor dhona is honestly just pretty ugly.

Instanced housing so that I won't feel prisoner to sub if I decide to take a break for more than 45 days.

Just instanced housing, if anything just add instanced housing with a customizable backdrop/skybox. A house in the middle of nowhere(s).
Thats it. I dont want them to bother adding new zones for no one to get houses in.

The only place id have also suggested is basically a pile of rubble now anyway.

It's time for SEQ to bite the bullet and create an instance housing system for the larger player base. They already have the beginnings with apartments so all that need be done is to flesh it out to a full scale plot and house. They can even keep the existing ward system for players who would rather deal with it and all of its deficiencies but freeze it so it doesn't waste more system resources.

Instanced housing sounds suffocating, it would be like being in a prison inside the void.


Wards are the same but much bigger and having neighbors even if they are never around is all the better for my housing experience, just seeing the other houses around make me glad.



I agree that they should offer both options, normal housing for players like myself and instanced housing for everyone else, though I honestly doubt instanced housing could be on par with normal housing.

One where I actually get a house would be nice. Crystarium or Sharlayan would be nice places although my heart still belongs to Ishgard.

Ala Mhigo would be nice, if only because I feel that place has been rather ignored compared to Ishagard and other city states. A way to rebuild the city akin to the Firmament would be nice at least.

This. Its my favorite zone, and would love to actually have a house or some accommodation there that would fit in with its darkly magical feel. IOn fact anywhere in the First would be a lovely change.
