Even within FFXIV, Yoshida has explicity said "Do not do sexual screenshots".

While he is talking mods here, SE has cracked down on specific players for posting inappropriate screenshots (basically "Gravure" style pics).
Then stick a tidbit about Adventurer Plates in the ToS, make "inappropriate" pictures reportable, and I think we can all move on happily. With plates being as new as they are, this is going to be the time when the majority of people misusing it will be doing so. It'll fall off after a month or so, and then the slim number of people still doing silly things with their plates can just be reported and taken care of.
