I think the optimal time is after tagging the first pack if not mistaken than pop sprint to the next pack allowing for a small amount of times and zero damage coming in until reaching the next pack. I always try to keep aware of my party sometimes people have potatos for computers or even the loading bug I get sometimes where I will load in so darn slow, and have no clue what causes it but it happens randomly to many people I play with varying different computer configurations too.
