I have never needed to stack regen and medica 2 past level 50 dungeons not once. This will only maybe and I mean MAYBE help slightly, but this is not where I am hurting for mana regen was the least of my worries. Maybe those people who cast regen without letting it tick the full time and brain dead spam medica 2 going oom they have this problem.
I figured the dev team quit caring about the levelling experience years ago, it seems pretty obvious to me that all jobs are designed to be played at level cap and really no consideration is given to how they play any time before that. I would guess this is probably because most of the feedback they get is rabid raiders going on about the few hundered DPS they are off in the latest content and nothing else.
