    thats a lame excuse.

    if changing how a dps skill locks and operates have less impact on a dps opener and rotation then a healer using a heal is less balance breaking then tell it to every dps streamer that optimize his rotation how if his skill becomes a weave option is meaningless it is if said change made their dps numbers go up compare to having a healer mp and potencies adjusted cause SE messed up.
    i mean it will be game breaking if a healer mp will not be negative if ran in ultimate compare to dps needing to do an entire new rotation if their dps skill changes

    no offense but that is a weak strawman argument for the devs, u might like them but there is no sound logic behind such a decision.
    if dps can adjust their rotation based on their dps skills changes both potencies and how they work right before ultimate, same can be done for healers to adjust their healing before ultimate release perhaps even in much more flexibility then dps
