Is it just me or are some Healers refusing to Heal Paladins?

Since you decided to bring fflogs up and attack healers over this, where is your source?

Your only Pandemonium Normal logs, your healers were the exact opposite, low dps and healing too much. You also were struggling significantly with RDM and aren't really in a position to judge others. I call nonsense on your whole story.

Also Sages can literally solo heal P1-4n while spamming Dosis the entire time. I've seen it and done it myself.

This was over a month or two ago, like maybe Jan. I'm not the one who originally uploaded it btw. The RDM linked it to us, believe it was one of the healers who originally uploaded it. I can try to go through my internet history once I'm back at home and try to dredge it up

Also, I was PLD in that instance, not RDM. And yeah I struggle with RDM lol. It's my first 90 dps class and I didn't really have my rotation set down. I have a hard time transitioning from being a literal tank-only player to being DPS, so yeah oh well. Tanking has always been my main thing. The funny thing is that that's the ONLY time I ever did p1-4n on a DPS lul. Funny that you pick that up instead of like.. you know, the tanking bits.

I'm not judging anyone at all lol. If you don't believe me, thats cool fam lol. I'm relaying an experience I had that related to the OP, I told it. That's all. I know I'm not a great player, never even remotely judged them, all I said was that p3n was a bit lulzy

Lol, I actually do this for a specific reason. For example there is a Buff the Paladin has that once you get healed it gives everyone around you a defensive buff. So if I noticed I am pretty high up and it will be a minute before I am going to get healed I typically use that ability and clem so everyone gets a defensive boost.

I've seen plenty of pld do this for a single target tank buster so often that my face hurts from facepalming. Like i could understand if you use chem to get enmity at the start of a pull, but that wasn't the ones i was talking about. The ones who spam chem even thou they have most of their HP left. Its also not a defense boost, its a shield, for everyone else but the pld using it.

This is why I’m leveling warrior, it’s what I thought the paladin was supposed to be.
Not only does it let the healer dps, but if for whatever reason the healer is getting low, nascent flash.
Oh and shake it off being the plainly superior group support.. smh

I'd say, for the very few healers that actively avoid healing a PLD, there would be a possibility that they're expecting the PLD to make use of their entire kit, including the heals.

The thing is, this expansion has been very... odd, for the relationship between Healers and Tanks. I've come across tanks that want to be carried across hell with no mitigation while being undergeared, and I've come across tanks that have actively told me not to heal them because they can keep themselves up (of which, I'd watch them actively remove their regens if they happened to be hit by an AoE). I don't raid, mind you, so the experience I've had is very much about pugging it through dungeons.. but, nevertheless, it's at least been the very first expansion where I've actively been told to not heal because it would be wasting time, even for wall-to-wall pulling.
So, if the community is actively observing healers to be obsolete, more or less, I guess it wouldn't be too surprising that, at some point, some healers just wouldn't bother healing at all anymore if they believe that they should be able to get away with it. All you can do is try to talk about and confirm what the expectations are, going into any encounters.

It may even behoove tanks, at this point, to prepare macros for the start of encounters/dungeons and let healers know just how much healing they need and/or expect (because some can't handle seeing their HP drop below even as much as 90% before they blow a gasket).

And? Just heal them. We're there to keep the HP bars filled. That's our role and position in the party. It doesn't matter how they got depleted. And it speaks more of us as healers if we are capable of doing it all and keeping it all well balanced than letting one side suffer for the sake of the other.

This is my initial thought as well, but imo NOT clemency, but rather tank invuls on big pulls

I suspect It has nothing to do with you being a paladin. The healer was probably just a idiot. some healers can't even manage to walk ten steps without tripping and dying from from a broken neck. but hey at least you don't have my magic ability to pretty much always get one of the dumbest healers there are any time you try to run as dark knight
