And I still think it's fair to have some expectations even in the casual content, it doesn't rly matter if it's just a dungeon to me a BLM who's just spamming Blizzard I think is just being disrespectful to everyone else in the group and I think you'd be in the right for either kicking them or leaving ( granted that you try and help them first ).
The problem with this kind of discussion is that people tend to caricature everything that is said.

No one said that the lack of artifact equipment was normal. I totally agree with you on this one: healers that don't dps; players who don't visit the merchant; and in general runs that take me a very long time when they should be done in about 15 minutes piss me off.

But there is a step between making a comment and leaving. I had the case last time: a tank who reproached (rightly) the lack of dps of the healer. WHM level 90, not a single miracle. They discuss, the WHM doesn't answer much and continues to heal from time to time without participating more than that.

The tank ended up leaving. Penalizing the healer, sure, but also and especially two dps who did their job and had a much longer queue time. Who is the most selfish here, if we reason only in time that we make lose to others?
