We could be headed towards WoW phase soon where its just changes of colors and patterns for newest robe.

If we are going to draw that kind of parallel then I would say that ShB/EW is the WotLK era, where we are starting to really see the cracks in the game (WHERE'S MY AREIAL BATTLES BLIZZARD?!). I pray we are not entering the Panderia/Cata phase of XIV though the cash shop is really not easing my fears about that. At least SE hasn't gone full EQ2 and slapped straight up stat/class bonuses through mount purchases. I'm still miffed about that one as a former EQ fan. :/

The coat she gives us when we go to garlemald is a reused chest piece. The 89 set was af gear. That isn’t a “tataru glam.” We always get af gear every expansion. The tataru glams have always been level 1 glam items.

I could've sworn that coat was something worn in the CS going in HW, but wasn't actually obtainable by characters. What chest piece is it? And I do know that the 89 set was AF gear. I was just wracking my brain to determine what exactly you meant by tataru glam

Thing is the gear we do get is not interesting most of the time. They fear to go to something new. Look at pso2 , they do so much different looks. Here it's as if the devs fear to get a bit more creative.
We got so much modern clothes as well. It's not bad but not creative at all, not even a ff14 spin like they did in the past.

I was just talking about how the modern glams are creeping up on "fantasy" glams (not gear, just cosmetic based glams) because SE is terrified people won't like what they have to make. Modern glams are so easy because there are trends you can follow to assure success. Then look at how depressingly safe they played with the Happiness set. While I adore it, it is.. pretty boring.

If you want another set of "heels" the Omega F suit is available on the Mog Station. The feet are...somewhat distorted though.

I rather have the game adds 400 additional glamour storage rather than new stuff at this point, i farm the indian style set and i forgot that i have nowhere to keep them.... they stay in armory for now......

I'd prefer an infinite storage so I never have to worry about running out.

There's actually plenty of armor and clothing in the game, just the way the game got built it's all role locked except for a few experiments back with heavensward. There's a whole lot of gear that would look great for reaper that is in the striking armor sets, but since they are striking armor sets they can't be used with maiming so you're stuck with gear designed strictly for lancer / dragoon. I'm still curious about ninja and scouting gear.

Glacial Coat is a crafted item from 2.1 (lol) that shares model with Northsea Coat Tataru gives you.

we are getting less and less new glams lately. be it from events in game / crafting or even the mog station. \why you think is that? yes we got nice old one but new one can be nice. so much things they did not do.
it starting to fell as if there no dedicated team for gear sets/galms.
what you think?

I'm annoyed by just how much clipping there is now. It seems like none of the equipment is designed with hair in mind anymore and honestly I wish they would come up with some sort of system that would allow you to put your hair 'up' via elastic band, similar to the visor and hide/show weapon buttons. That way you could at the very least push it out of the way.

Even then, most of my weapons clip through basically all the new EW armour no matter what race/class. It's insane.
