    Like, I tried Sage and do like it, but the added step of turning my heal into a shield or attack into a dot was a big turn off. I’m sure it’d be easier once I play it more..but here and now Whm is great.
    No white mage in their right mind is casting Cure 1 for any reason in late game content.

    That’s kinda my point. Give a reason to actually use it, whether it means a potency boost or some added benefit.

    While the hardest stuff I have done personally is Extreme trials, I often find that Cure 2 is a waste of MP because Cure 1 is strong enough.

    Spending an extra 600 MP to overheal doesn't seem worth it to me.

    There are BARELY any times you NEED to use ANY cure over any of the other heals whm has, though? Tetra, regen, Assize if it lines up, lillies if you HAVE to, asylum, medica 2 if you had to use it, bene. Whm doesnt have many group things, but i can count the times i had to use cure/2 for anything where i have tetra, even if it is now weaker than a cure 2, on one hand. You can just juggle the 2 Benisons and aquaveil now too for the tanks to get even less damage.

    Same goes for every healer.

    I cure2 in EXTREME cases in 24mans especially if people die left and right and i have NOTHING else.

    Especially, other healers, like the SCHS that do USE excog dont WANT the tanks to be healed for it to pop for the best outcome on 50%.

    Sage basically depletes the need for cures entirely. But even if, sage also has physis, Druochole, Kerachole, Taurochole, Haima and Panhaima for heals.

    Using cure/2 for whatever reason if its not an emergency with 6 out of 8 people dead on the floor, is an problem in itself because even WHM has the tools to keep Tanks over 50% if you're scared to let them fall too low.
    You don't need to heal tanks that lost like 10% of their health, where cure 2 might be a slight overheal...

    And big pulls barely need any heals either, except everybody in the instance is asleep and doesnt mitigate/aoe.
