It was kind of sus cause he says Azem is a member of the same organization. It could be before they both joined. We don't have enough to tell us just yet.

this could be Elidibus just before he officially joins the Convocation. he says "I am here as representative of an organization that works directly with the Convocation", though again, that could just be him trying to maintain some secrecy.

Their own "Scions of the Seventh Dawn" type of organization maybe?
