I really enjoyed that speech option in SB where you can tell Zenos that you accept him! I love that square enix gives us those flavor choices, even if they can't make some of them hold actual weight to the story (for obvious reasons) they still create awesome immersion for my character.Nope. Zenos is the only character I resonate with (no pun intended). I cried when I read about Zenos' lonely childhood in "The Hunt Begins" because it reminded me of mine. We're soulmates. But he had it worse because he was trained to be the killing machine of an evil empire. His life was so empty and boring, improving himself was his only joy. He was never loved by anyone. I just want to hug him and tell him I understand. I already told him "I accept you" in SB and that will never change. If I had full control of my WoL, Zenos would be my best friend by now.
Emet was a part of Zenos' family but he let them neglect and abuse him! And who knows what else he did to him. Come on SE, tell me! If Zenos suffered because of Emet, I will set him on fire and he will burn brighter than Amaurot. c:
And "That, I can't deny" in the final duel! Zenos looked so overjoyed to hear it, was really satisfying lol.I really enjoyed that speech option in SB where you can tell Zenos that you accept him! None of those responses matched my own. Not because it's not in me to be rude, but because I was utterly speechless. It was the only time I would have selected the "..." option if there was one.Yeah, silly boi just ignored it. I was serious about it, ffs. But most of the time my WoL is such an a--hole with Zenos. Like when he showed up at the end of the universe, the dialogue options were too rude for my liking. I just wanted to say "I've missed you! Let's combine our powers and defeat this emo bird!"
Here I am at the edge of existence, fresh out of hope and friends. Then the very same enemy I told "Hope will win the day." embodies that very same promise. How do you respond to something like that? So friggin poetic.
However, when he says, "This is your prey? WTF ain't it dead yet? What's wrong with you?" That restored the confidence I had lost ascending that wretched place. He did what true friends do, and pick you up when you're down.
As usual, I let my fighting do the talking.
very poetic view on it indeedNone of those responses matched my own. Not because it's not in me to be rude, but because I was utterly speechless. It was the only time I would have selected the "..." option if there was one.

Again, at least glad that the WoL's speech options don't really hold weight to the story since there was nothing to choose there that I would be proud of.None of those responses matched my own. Great way to put it though, "As usual, I let my fighting do the talking."
Epic :P
