I'm not going to say I support this idea, 'cause I don't. But there comes a point where people have to take a look at themself and ask if they are the problem. This comes on both sides, of course. The people who expect everyone to be 100% optimized, and the people who act as if all they should ever be expected to do is just show up.

I see a lot of people use the excuse of "it's just a game, not a job. I play to have fun, not try-hard". And that begs the question; why is your fun more important than anyone elses? Why does your fun have to bring others down? I personally don't find a duty taking twice as long to be enjoyable. I don't enjoy spam healing or dying as a tank because I ran out of cooldowns from things dying too slow.

I know skill levels are varying. I don't expect everyone to play the same. But I also don't appreciate my time being completely wasted.
