Healer queue privileges is just a consolation prize.

If any, it just subtly tells me that it’s a role that just needs to be filled just to get the game to commence a duty. A role that much less player enjoys because reasons. A role that designed solely to ensure 3 - 6 other players can be more stupid and still get away while we throw those single target heals more out of spite than actual care.
