At this point they may as well remove the healer role. Rework the healers to be DPS and have it so everyone is responsible for their own HP. If they're gonna refuse to make fights do threatening damage AND refuse to give healers downtime gameplay beyond spamming one button, why exactly does the role exist? Just to carry players who make mistakes? Why would anyone want to play a role whose main gameplay has been gradually scrubbed out of the game by continuous dumbing down of the content, and outside of that is just a bad, boring DPS?

People saying it doesn't matter because it's normal mode. So we have 4 jobs that only exist for 4-6 fights in the game and outside of that are just dead weight?
