    I'd wager some of these problems is because of integrated motherboard Bluetooth chips and the computer case interfering with the signal. You're either gonna need an external dongle or an antenna, and if your motherboard came with a Wi-Fi antenna, it should also act as a Bluetooth antenna as well.

    No, not at all. I'm having the exact same issue ever since EW dropped and I use a wired controller

    This also happens without any wireless connections. My PC doesn't have any built-in BT or WiFi chips.
    The effect started with EW, esp. the last patch.
