I don't think they're trollling given their history and what they said in their About Me TBH.

If it's true then sorry but I am not aware of any writing disability that swings so heavily from correct to wrong so randomly.
It's also a bit strange to ask for people to refer to a specific gender pronoun in the bio but then complain about people talking about pronouns in video games.
